1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Indian Sports Engagement Association (“Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, refrain from using the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

A. Eligibility

C. License to Platform

By uploading content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it for operational purposes.

A. Compliance with DPDPA, 2023

• Consent: By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as per our Privacy Policy. 
• Children’s Data:
  • Users below 18 must provide verifiable parental consent (e.g., OTP, e-signature) for data processing.
  • We do not track, profile, or target advertisements to minors.
• Data Collection: We collect:
  • Name, email, age, location, and payment details (if applicable).
  • Usage data (e.g., IP address, device information).

B. Data Usage

Personal data is used to:

• Provide and improve Platform services.
• Send updates (opt-out available).
• Comply with legal obligations.

C. Data Sharing

• Third Parties: Data may be shared with partners (e.g., payment gateways) only for essential services.
• Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed to comply with court orders or government requests.

D. User Rights

Under DPDPA, you have the right to:

5. Intellectual Property

• The Platform’s logo, design, and content are owned by Indian Sports Engagement Association.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimers

• Accuracy: The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated or third-party content.
• External Links: We are not responsible for content on linked websites.
• Sports Events: Participation in Platform-hosted events is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Any errors, interruptions, or security breaches.
• Third-party content or external links.

8. Payment Terms

• Subscriptions/Merchandise: Payments are processed via secure gateways.

9. Termination

• The Platform may suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Users may delete accounts via settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Jurisdiction: Governed by Indian law; disputes subject to courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
• Arbitration: Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
